Dear Justice Goldstone
I am attaching a submission concerning the UNHRC Inquiry that you are currently heading concerning
events in Gaza in December 2008 and January 2009. I understand that the deadline for lodging submissions is today.
The submission is made by the group of Australian lawyers who are named at the end of the document.
Because of the shortness of time and the fact that these lawyers are located in different parts of Australia, it has not been
possible to obtain their signatures. However, I have emails from each of them asking me to include their names on the submission.
I could arrange for each of them to email you directly to verify their adoption of the submission if you so require.
